Agreement Terms

Welcome to HumanSquad. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and HumanSquad ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our websites, platforms, and services, including Travooly, Schooliply, and MyJobSearch (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, browsing our platforms, or using any of our Services, you confirm that:

"Content" refers to all text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials displayed on or accessible through our Platforms.

University matching, application support, and student resources through Schooliply.
Career Services
AI-powered job matching and career development through MyJobSearch (coming soon).

4. User Obligations
As a User of our Platforms, you agree to the following obligations:

- ✓Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
- ✓Use the Services only for their intended purposes.
- ✓Respect the rights of other Users and third parties.

The names "HumanSquad," "Travooly," "Schooliply," and "MyJobSearch," along with all related logos and marks, are trademarks of HumanSquad. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HumanSquad shall not be liable for:
- • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
- • Any loss of data, income, or business opportunities resulting from the use of or inability to use our Platforms.
- • The outcome of any immigration, education, or job application, as final decisions rest with the relevant authorities and institutions.
- • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data by third parties.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the specific Service that gave rise to the claim.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Platforms at any time, without notice, if:
- • You violate any of these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
- • You engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
- • Your actions could cause harm to HumanSquad, other Users, or third parties.
You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
8. Disclaimers
Our Platforms and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. HumanSquad makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- • Guarantees that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- • Guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any Content.
- • Guarantees that any application submitted through our Platforms will be approved.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes for any immigration, education, or job application. Decisions are made by independent authorities and institutions, and we cannot influence those decisions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Canadian arbitration laws.
You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the province where HumanSquad is registered for any matters not subject to arbitration.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, provide a notice on our Platforms.
Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our Services immediately.
